installation boot disk

c:win98 d:linux uses in one hard drive.
redhatlinux 9.0 used. from grub bootloader problem, linux can't boot
there is no linux cd, linux boot disk.. there is installation boot disk
can boot to redhat linux by installation boot disk??
or can make a linux boot disk in win98??

With most distributions you can boot the install CD, go into rescue mode, and tell rescue to boot an installed Linux system.
