Post Install Troubles

Every time i go to install redhat 9 (or 8), it is loading anaconda.. and then the video goes dead, my monitor goes blank and goes into power save mode. I just put in a different video card, a GeForce FX5200, and think this might be the problem.. but actually I really have no idea. It ran fine before on my old video card. Any help would be appreciated, any one ever seen this problem before? Thanks in advance.
