Install Python 2.7.6 "python-devel" package CentOS 6.5

Hi, I followed the instructions on this page to install Python 2.7.6 on my CentOS 7 machine, but I can't figure out how to install the "python-devel" package of the same version (needed for the Mozilla build environment).

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Just to clarify, I am using CentOS 7, not 6.5 as the thread title states (sorry about the typo).
