Install pygame

I download pygame1.6 and when I run python
I get this message

Hunting dependencies...
SDL : found 1.2.7
FONT : not found
IMAGE : found
MIXER : found
SMPEG : found 0.4.4
NUMERIC : found 23.1

Warning, some of the pygame dependencies were not found. Pygame can still
compile and install, but games that require on those missing dependencies
will not run. Would you like to continue the configuration? [Y/n]:n

I typed in

rpm -q SDL_ttf

and got

so why is it saying that I do not have it ?

rpm -q SDL_ttf-devel
