Install problems: Novell Groupwise 7 on SLES 9

We are trying to install the eval edition of Novell's Groupwise 7 on an eval edition of SUSE Enterprise 9 (64bit). We have sucessfully installed and configured consoleone and edirectory, however the groupwise install errors out with:
eagle:~/groupwise # ./install
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "install.py", line 2, in ?
import frontend, sys
File "/root/image/2005.08.17/gwinst/frontend.py", line 4, in ?
File "/root/image/2005.08.17/gwinst/utils.py", line 3, in ?
ImportError: librpm-4.1.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

We have tried different path variables in the gwinst/install.sh file, but with no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
-John

I have answered my own question - according to Novell, Groupwise 7 will not run on Suse 64 bit.
