Install JBuilder9 on Fedora Core 1 problem

I installed JBuilder 9 Personal on my Fedora Core Linux System. But when I ran the per_install..bin, it gave me the following message:

Preparing to install...
Extracting the JRE from the installer archive...
Unpacking the JRE...
Extracting the installation resources from the installer archive...
Configuring the installer for this system's environment...

Launching installer...

Invocation of this Java Application has caused an InvocationTargetException. This application will now exit. (LAX)

After read setup_linux.html shipped by Borland, I sloved this question.
It tell me:

# Installation Fails When Starting
In some cases, the installation program will fail to locate the correct JDK that it needs in order to run. To work around this situation:

* Rename /usr/bin/java before starting the installation program, then rename it back when completed.
* Start the installation program from the command line, adding the parameter: LAX_VM <JDK_HOME>/bin/java.

but I have a new question:

When I compiled Welcome.pjx shipped with Borland, it gave me the message:

"WelcomeApp.java": Fatal Error: Unable to locate package java.lang in classpath or bootclasspath
"WelcomeFrame.java": Fatal Error: Unable to locate package java.lang in classpath or bootclasspath

Any idea?

Hi.
I had the same problem. It is a library compatibility problem. I have solved it by installing the package: compat-libstdc++

I hope this helps you.
