Install Java development environment on Fedora Core 2
Hi,
I'm a newbie, just installed Fedora 2 Linux. I like use java (programming, not installing or using java based programs). I installed already the J2SDK 1.3. ... But the only thing I can do in linux is to read the manuals of java, javac, ... but if I try to execute java (or javac to compile) linux can't find that command. Now is my question: Does anyone know a easy guide how to install the java development environment on fedora 2 ? Or can explain me in simple steps how I can do it. Thanks |
Do yourself a favor and search for this question on LQ. It's frequently asked. You'll probably get better coverage this way rather than having people answer this again...
Ok.. try this: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...hreadid=240830 |
