install GETTEXT

i try to installed the GETTEXT for php but i am getting this error

yum install PHP-PEAR PHP-GETTEXT
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
Could not retrieve mirrorlist http://apt.sw.be/dries/fedora/fc4/mirrors-rpmforge error was
[Errno 14] HTTP Error 404: Not Found
Error: Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: rpmforge
root@server01 [~]#

I think hthat the reposetory i am looking in is bad and i think that i need to update that

'php-gettext' is usually included in package 'php' or 'php-common'.

'php-pear' + 'php-gd' are in the Fedora repo,
/etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo

baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/archive/fedora/linux/core/4/i386/os/

fedora.updates.repo :
baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/archive/fedora/linux/core/updates/4/i386/
