Install gcc version 4.9.1 - 32 bit libraries issues

Hello Everybody,
I am trying to upgrade ggc 4.3 to the latest version gcc 4.9.1 on suse linux enterprise server sp3 but I am having the following issue when I run the configure script so I can't run the make script. Please any help will be appreciated.

WHY??????
why would want an experiential version of gcc ON A SERVER!!!!

stay with the STABLE default version that is in the SELS repos

it is likely that trying to install 4.9
will "null and void" your mandatory and required support contract
you are paying atachmate/novell hundreds of dollars per year

you might want to contact your paid for support
