install firefox 9 in debian

Depends on what you mean by "best". The easiest way, IMO, is to download it from Mozilla and extract the tarball to a folder under your home, and run it from there. You can set up a .desktop file for use as a shortcut. Or you can put it in a directory in /opt. Or you can change your repositories to Sid and use apt-get. I don't recommend that, but it's possible.

+1 to simply downloading the tarball from firefox.com, extract it to your desktop, and double-click the firefox-bin executable.

Alternately if you like you can install iceweasel from the official Debian repos. This is just like firefox except for the name and artwork.

1) Iceweasel IS Firefox - https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...irefox-919284/
2) Use the mozilla.debian.net repo and install Iceweasel 9.0.1
3) See > Tech Patterns :: Switching from Debian Iceweasel to Firefox, permanently - http://techpatterns.com/forums/about1435.html
