Inquiry: How to add the "netconf" utility to my Linux server

Can you please do me favor and let me know how can I add the "netconf" utility to my Linux server ?

Use netconfig or redhat-config-network.

Thank you very much for your reply . But the netconf utility does contain options to try to change the Linux server Ethernet driver kernel module (say from via-rhine to rhinefet) . Can you please provide with the same options on your proposed utility ? It seems that the netconfig OR redhat-config-network cannot provide with the same option .
