Initrd-x.x.x-x.img File

I downloaded and compiles the 2.4.20 kernel. I now have a new vmlinuz-2.4.20 file.

In Lilo.conf for my old kernel startup I have a line that says initrd=/boot/initrd-2.4.2-2smp.img

I did not get a new initrd-2.4.2-20.img file. Did I miss a step? Do I need a new img file? Should I leave it pointing to the old one?

Thanks,

Brian
