Increasing font size in links text browser

Does anyone know if it is possible to increase the font size in links?
I have a screen resolution of 1280x1024 so text in links is tiny. I know
there is an option to increase the menu font size but that's no use to me.
Googling for it is nearly impossible because "links" is one of those
unfortunate names that throws up everything other than what I want?

err

pardon me if i am wrong but, isn't 'links' a text-mode application which means you increase the font size by increasing the font size of the console/terminal that it is running in?

Try man links to see where links store it's user preferences to .
