incorporate openssl

i am very much new to linux environment.
i hav installed apache 2, php 4.2,postgresql 7.3,samba server. on red hat 9.(all from rpms).it all working . openssl is installed.
(command : rpm -qa | grep openssl)

now i need to incorporate openssl with it.
can sombody help me for that.. i do not know how to do it..

hey, dont tell me to recompile/reinstall any of the above.(please)
