IMP Question

I've just installed horde and IMP. I want to customize it slightly, i've managed some of what i needed, but i need to change the welcome to horde message that appears on the login page. What file do i need to be looking at changing, because i'm running out of idea's.

I'm not 100% about the file but why don't you go into the imp directory then run:
grep -liR "Text that is on the page I want to change" *
