imdbfetch.pl

Hello people, I am in search of a missing Perl script.

It is called imdbfetch.pl. It was written by a gentleman by the name of Heikki Lehväslaiho. He is a Perl programmer as I understand and also a scientist.

That little script is supposedly a gem because what it does is automatically fetch movie infos from IMDB.COM (The internet Movie Database) for specific use with the excellent software collection manager KDE Bookcase, witch I personnaly use for my large movie collection.

I have searched long and hard for it and it as dissapeared from the net. It used to be posted on the author's own Website. But that website seems to be gone and nobody else hosted or mirrored it.

I would appreciate it if anyone could point to a location for it or someone who might have it on is system so we could arrange to send it to me trough e-mail.

I for sure would post it afterwards for all to download. It is , I think the only script of it's kind for Bookcase.

Thanks in advance.

P.S my last resort if nobody answers me is to e-mail the author himself, I have found a few adresses for him on the Net, but it could be a long shot.

It looks as though his site is down - I'd just wait until it returns. It appears that his site is the only one with that file on it.
