Question IMAP and RedHat 9.0

I just got RedHat 9.0 installed on a machine here, and I want to create an IMAP server. I selected it as one of the packages to be installed and started it as a service. This is where I'm stuck. What do I do next to be able to get email to come into this machine and allow users to log in via imap mail clients? A newbie-fied step by step would be extremely helpful. Also, what IMAP server does RedHat come packaged w/? Washington, Cyrus, other?

Thanks a lot,
