ifort non-commercial

Hi,

It is a long time that I am searching for a non-commercial version of intel ifort for linux. I remember 2 years ago I downloaded that from their website but now I can not find any relevant link there.

Please let me know if there still exists a non-commercil license for ifort.

Regards,
