IEFBR14 for linux?

Hi group,

Having a brain fart today!

In the main frame world there is a utility that does nothing other than return a completion code of zero ( IEFBR14 ). It would look like this:
Code:
In C:
     int main(){
         return 0; }
or in Assembler:
     SR R15,R15 put zero into register 15 (return code)
     BR R14 branch to the address in register 14 (return to scheduler)
Does something like this exist already in Linux??

Thanks for your time.
