The first link is about IE7, the second gives you step-by-step instructions. Maybe if you told us WHAT problems you're having, where, we can try to help. All you've told us is that it's "not able to work". And what are you trying to accomplish with IE6?
I have installed ie6 and ie7 on my ubuntu 10.4 machine, but when i open ie6 & ie7 and start working the ie6 & ie7 browser is hanging i dont know wat would be the problem, can u give me suggesion to rectify the problem.

Thanks,
Again, SPELL OUT YOUR WORDS, that text-speak garbage isn't nice for anyone to try to read. You've not only been asked to in this thread, but in several others that you've posted in. If you can't be bothered to write out your words, or speak clearly, why should we be bothered to answer you?
Now you provide some details, such as you DID get it installed. In your original thread, you mention only IE6, now you mention IE7 as well. Does the browser WORK, but not connect to/load any web pages? Or does the entire program freeze, causing you to kill the process? What version of Wine are you using?
And again, what are you trying to DO? Why do you NEED IE at all??
