Angry IDM/IPA Server Configuration

I have IPA installed on RHEL Ver 7.x, and am now at a stand still. Is there an "how to" document anywhere that shows me how to add ipa clients to this server? Or basic configuration of IPA server once installed??
Totally frustrated!!!!
