ident for ftp


one of my users needs ident to work with his ftp program. can anyone point me in direction of a simple ident server and a guide to get it to work for just one user? In advance thanks for any help

Am using debian.

I like oidentd. Simply install it.

You will need to make sure that requests can reach the server on port 113.
