IDE Selection for RTOS


I have downloaded an FreeRTOS version FreeRTOSV7.4.0 from http://www.freertos.org/ I am working on LPC1114 board. I need an IDE from where I can access the functionality of the FREERTOS like CooCox etc. So, please tell me which IDE is best according to my requirements.............

you need an "integrated development environment (IDE)"
eclipse is in most repos
and so is Anjuta,Geany,kdevelop4,Qt Creator
