Question ICQ client choice help...

Heya,

I need help to find an good ICQ client to use in KDE on RH7.3 where I can, in one way or another, get my contactlist from Windows ICQ (the original Mirabillis version)... I can go via several other clients if neccesary and use different import/export features....

Thanks for any and all hints I might get

There is many out there.. probably the most popular just for ICQ is LICQ.. but check out this page that lists most of them: http://avenir.dhs.org/icq/linux.html

Many interesting suggestions and I will make sure to check them all out... But are they all giving me a chance to import my contactlist from ICQ in Windows? That's the most important feature I want for it... But thanks for your suggestions.. I'll look into it

SilverSnake...that's the main feature I'm looking for too...gaim doesn't do that...I saw a java ICQ on the ICQ homepage but it looks about 4 years old. I'm assuming they stopped development on it...that sim-icq looks like it might if it's compatible with 2002a...I'll have to check it out...
