icedove - retrieve ALL messages

This isn't an installation-related problem but I wasn't sure where else to post this. Is there a way to tell IceDove to retrieve ALL messages on the server instead of only those in the inbox. I'm not seeing a way to do it but I'm sure it must be possible. I'd really rather not click on each individual folder... long and tedious. I'll no doubt just continue using Gmail anyway, but I figured I might as well ask.
