IBM HTTP Server on Linux
 

Hello,

I'm new to Linux, and need to know what type of user I need to create to administrate the IBM HTTP server on Linux for restarting/editing the service. Since I'll not be allowed to use root user soon.
Can I create a user account that has enough priveliges to do so? or I have to use sudo?
