I want to disable MD5 with Apt4rpm

I'm running Fedora C4 and apt.
I have tried desperately to disable MD5-checking but so far with no success.
Is there really no way to do that?

... too sad...
..so I can't use freshrpms, planetccrma and kde-redhat - MD5 sum mismatch.

Can't understand why people insist in using this weird MD5 - it never does anything good! Only prevents me from using repos, just because one file isn't written properly for some reason.

Insane.
