please actually describe the problems you're having in a suitable amount of detail. you can't mount your disk? what disk?? What specific and concuse help do you actually want? We certainly can't urgently teach you how to use an entire operating system. That's what books, training courses and standard refernce documentation are for.

Posting your email address on LQ is not a good idea.
The bots will find it and send you lots of SPAM.
You can go back to your post, and edit those email addresses out.
