Unhappy I need a web content filtering program for red hat 9

Hi All, Thanks in advaced for your help.

I am looking for a web filtering program that works for red hat 9. I have searched alot and couldn't find one. I need it to block inappropriate sites from my children (porn, drugs, weapons, ect.). I want it to be secure so my children can't just login somewhere and change settings. thanks
