i lost my wallpaper and desktop icons in gnome!
 

I think I messed up something in the sessions because now every time I start up I have a blank desktop. No wallpaper and no desktop icons. I can't even draw a selection box on the desktop. Is there some process I need to make sure is running? I have a feeling a bunch of other default processes were messed up too. Is there any way I can set that back to some default?
