mount -t fat32 /dev/hda# /mnt/windows

replace # with the appropriate number of the partition. This will mount your fat32 partition in /mnt/windows.

To mount at startup:
/dev/hda# /mnt/windows vfat auto,defaults,umask=000 0 0

(replace # with appropriate number)

Search the forums for the multitude of options.
