i cant put working gambit for ansys fluent

i am a linux new user, and i want to work in linux with ansys fluent.
i installed the fluent, and i can lanunch it, but i cant put working the gambit pre procesing soft.
really i have not any experience with gambit (neither in win embiroment) so may be a trivial error that i dont know...
can anyone help me please?

Not sure what you're trying to say, please try to use better grammar and spelling.

From what I gather, your software is working fine, but "i cant put working the gambit pre procesing soft.". Does that mean you're having a problem with the software itself? If so, have you contacted their help desk, or looked in their knowledge base?
