here goes the problem. The tux racer is all screwed up. The video is too much choppy. This started after i reinstalled my linux. I had no problems before that playing. The kernel I use(2.4-20-8 RH9) seems to have the I845 chipset driver. so its not driver problem. any help? Thanx
No. I didnt install any driver. Linux automatically did it for me (it seems). I tell you again i had it run properly the last time i installed Linux. I went wrong only after i reinstalled. So what could be wrong?
tuxracer needs 3D support, which is not famous with intel onboard chips. What results do you get from glxinfo (is direct rendering active?) and glxgears ?
