I cant find freedict, only disctionaries

Hello,

i have
Code:
Linux amnesia 3.10-3-486 #1 Debian 3.10.11-1 (2013-09-10) i686 GNU/Linux
in Synaptic package manager i found various dictionaries named like:

dict-freedict-eng-cze
Dict package for English-Czech Freedict dictionary

But i cant find any programe (assume: freedict), user interface which runs these disctionaries..

I have Gnome, Debian, how can i install interface for these disctionaries?
