I cannot make rox open a +x file as normal files

My sister perfer the windows's mouse click method so I am trying to install rox for her. the problem is that some of her data is in a fat32 drive and the permission is 750 or 770. Rox make +x file run as executable. So if she click on a open office file, it doesn't open but run instead. Are there any method to allow it open a file ignoring if it's executable?

I may not remove +x or else she cannot change directory.

Open up the rox options and go to the "Types" submenu and then tick the box: Ignore eXecutable bit for known file extensions.

That should fix your problem (and allow the docs to open as you want), but unfortunately, the files still have that annoying green colour because rox still think's they're executable files... same with a few jpg and avi's that I have. I only grabbbed rox a couple of hours ago, so if anyone has a better method I'd be happy to hear it.
