Smile I can't open M3U files on my VLC 3.0.1

Hi,
I try to watch TV on my PC with m3u or m3u8 files without succes.
So, yesterday I pst from VLC 2.2.6 to VLC 3.0.1, without improvment.
The error message is "Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://servergates.net:8080/live/agrocom14/ocEt9htqR2/37374.ts'. Check the log for details."
Have somebody meet yet this issue ?
What is the problem, and is there yet a solution ?
Thanks !

Open the playlist with a text editor. Copy the url you want and download it with a web browser. Then try to play the file.

bilbiten, in VLC, open the Messages window and increase verbosity to "1 (warning)", then try to reproduce the error. that's the log. read it, try to understand it, copy-paste it here.

All you can do with an M3U file is convert it to another playlist format. You can convert M3U to M3U8, XSPF, or HTML using VLC by opening the M3U file in the program and then using the Media
