hypermail problem!!!

hi.....

I was checking out how to make a web based mailing archive as per this article

http://linuxgazette.com/issue72/teo2.html

So i downloaded hypermail from its site

http://www.hypermail.org

installed it


But on running it .. the archive doesnot get updaed ...

I tried to do it using cron and manually


why??
