hylafax - c2faxrecv shows no statistical values

Hi,

I've set up an fax-server with hylafax running under SuSE 8.1. Everything is running fine, but some times it happens that the e-Mail, which is generated after faxes are recieved has no statistical values (sender number, station id, etc). The corresponding logfile in /var/spool/fax/log/ is existing but has zero bytes.
The only way to get back this values ist to kill all c2faxrecv processes and start them again.

Does anybody know why c2faxrecv doesn't generate this values after some time of running?

Thanx for any hints!
