HTOP for Network

Hello,
htop is great overview tool, to check how my software/hardware cooperate,

would we have something like this to have semi-graphical overview for the network connections?
To check download/upload and ports which are currently used?

Here is a link showing different network monitors:https://itsfoss.com/network-speed-monitor-linux/.
Although surprisingly basic - some are more graphical-based.
You will want the apps which are debian-based for your MX Linux OS.
