.htaccess AuthType Basic - allowing free access to specific file?

Hello,
I have a directory under DocumentRoot of my Apache server wich has the following .htaccess file in it:
Code:
AuthType Basic
AuthScriptFile  /web/sites/blqk/auth.php
<Limit GET>
        require valid-user
</Limit>
I have a specific file under that directory that anyone must be able to see. Can I add something to .htaccess to allow unlimited no password access to it?
