HP J5750 All-In-One scan driver?

I'm sure that CUPS will drive the printer portion of my HP OfficeJet J5750 printer but, what application will support the scanner?

I looked at HPLIP but it's documentation says:
"HPIJS provides only the printing functionality for your printer, all other extended functionality will not function with HPIJS. ie, scanning, photo card, etc."

Suggestions?

The HP support pages lead to a non-HP website for print/scan support for your printer. I found this

HPLIP should support all SANE front-end applications. We have tested scanning with xsane, xscanimage, and kooka. The scanadf application is not supported.
