HP Color Laserjet 1500 (L)

Hi there,

anyone already managed to print to a HP color laserjet 1500 (L)?

I have to set up a print server for this printer and I just can't get it to work...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check out the foo2oak driver (also see this page from; but it seems that support in Linux is pretty bad and it says it only works in Black & White.

That's what I was afraid of... it looks lke it's not possible (I can't just go and tell anyone here that the printer is now shared but B&W...)
