howto read the shortcuts in the vsftpd-log
Hallo All,
I have tried to find information how to read the vsftpd logfile, it is a lot of letters that I don't know what they mean, here is an example row:
Sat Feb 18 16:29:10 2006 1 192.168.100.100 8174 /htdocs/index.htm b _ o r username ftp 0 * c
My question is what does b _ o r and 0 * c stands for in the log? Can't find any information anywhere on the net...
Would be grateful for help!
Cheers
Dussel

Okay I found it by my self.
It turns out why I did not find anything was that I was searching with the key word vsftpd and the logging it self is made by xferlog, so when I searched for that, then I got information what it stands for.
for others that are intrested then you have the link where I found below ;-)
