How to use squashfs images?

Recently I have started looking into squashfs filesystems which are used by many LiveCDs.

I see that the Debian Live Project also has a squashfs image of their LiveCD. I am wondering how to use that squashfs image to make a bootable USB LiveCD?

See SquashFS-HOWTO on http://www.linux-tutorial.info/modul...SquashFS-HOWTO or follow the "How To: Create And Mount A Squashfs Image" thread on http://www.oesf.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=23149 - these should give a good head start.
