How to use Apt-Offline??

I am trying to figure out how to run apt-offline. I was able to use it to create a signature file on the non-networked computer. When I imported the signature file on the internet-enabled computer, with
Code:
apt-offline get SIGNATURE_FILE
it seemed to download all the updates, and now I have two questions:
1. How do get it to download packages for the offline computer? I tried the --install-packages option, and it didn't recognize the package names.
2. How do I install the packages on the non-networked pc?

The included documentation didn't seem to give any examples, and a google search proved sparse.
