How to update from RHEL4 U2 to U5

Hi

apologies if this is a silly question, but how do I go from
Red Hat 4 Update 2 to Update 5 ?

Is it just a matter of running yum or up2date, or is it a separate
exercise to do this ?

Many thanks

Any reason to stop at U5? up2date will take you up to U7.

Thanks

I guess I was keen to understand how I could specify a specific version
to come up to. So If, for some reason, I wanted to stop at update 5,
how would I do this.

Many thanks

Yes, it is most likely possible. Red Hat now offers extended support if you need to stay on a "minor version":
Talk to your RH support folks.
