How to uninstall gmplayer


How to uninstall gmplayer

I am using redhat 8

I ve installed gmplayer(mplayer-common-0.90pre10-1.i386.rpm), which is having some bugs. so i just wanted to upgrade it to the new version.But i could nt uninstall the old version as i get the message "gmplayer is not installed".

But when i try to install the new version of gmplayer i get the message "gmplayer is already installed.

Somebody pls help me.....

Just upgrade it with:
rpm -Uvh package-version.rpm
