How to track Customers/Fax/Email/Letter/Projects...

Hi.

I'm looking a way to manage all my Customer information in Linux.
There is a decent program in Windows called 'Intuit Customer Manager'.

I'd like to:
- See a history of all Fax/email/call/note/letter
- See any above items related to a Project
- Find any of the related records by a person's name
- See appointments & tasks together in the Calendar views.

SugarCRM has been recomended, it's ok but doesn't quite do the trick.

Anyone?

You could also build a proper database for these things - OpenOffice.org 2.0's Base app would be a rather easy start (Very similar to MS Access). If you know SQL you would have a lot more options as well.

Thanks all...

Interesting choices. I'm not 100 percent on any yet.
SugarCRM looks promising.

I wish Filemaker was available for linux workstation.

Thanks again.
