How to start Rhythmbox 0.9.6 Minimized

It used to be that you could execute Rhythmbox with a parameter to make it start minimized to the notifications area. Can this still be done? Also, can you still pass play, pause, stop, etc. commands to it through terminal commands? "rhythmbox --help-all" tells me nothing to the effect. These commands used to be listed there. Don't tell me they nixed such a useful ability...

As an update, I discovered that whatever windowed mode rhythmbox was in when you ended your session, it will start again in that same mode. So to have it run at startup and hang out in your notification area, just add it to your startup entries and leave it windowed the way you want when you shut down. And no, you don't have to auto-save the session for it to work.
