You'll want to read up on configuring the various .conf files first. Next you should look into /etc/rc.d/ and see if you have an entry called 'nagios' - run this and see what happens.
I had try to starup nagios but encouter the another problem

The above question are solcve i guess, buit i encounter another probem....
I think is somewhere around the configuration fie, but i cant figure it out which one of the file because there are lots of them

I know this thread is old but it must be said for futur searchs ...
With Nagios, you REALLY MUST RTFM !
Take each cfg sample files ... one by one ... and do a basic configuration for YOUR network.
There is no quick way to install then start ... starting Nagios for the 1st time may take an hour or two.
EACH files in the samples must contain something significant to YOUR network and checks.
